Discreet Systems is dedicated to providing cost-effective and eco-friendly solutions. When possible, we utilize paperless communications and transactions. We attempt to reduce paper and other consumable usage. Our server solutions include low-power consumption, while still providing optimum results.
Personally, we do our best for our organization to remain paperless. We subscribe to online billing/banking to reduce statements. We also use computers along with internet connectivity to provide our customers with estimates, invoices, receipts, and proposals. In moving toward a more green friendly operating environment, we now accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card & PayPal.
Our ever-evolving account portal now allows you to view all of your invoices, proposals, contracts and projects. Soon we’ll be migrating site analysis reports, collateral sharing and many other features to our account portal section of our site. Also, starting April 1, 2011, you will be able to digitally sign project contracts through our website, as well as request standard or client-provided NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) pertaining to your project online.
All of the above services are provided free-of-charge to the client, in an effort to 1) better serve our clientele in a timely, informed fashion; 2) reduce costs, thus allowing us to pass the savings on to our clientele; and 3) have live examples to show clientele, both potential and returning just exactly what level of integration we’re capable of.

The best way to enact change is to lead by example. Being environmentally friendly isn’t just smart, it’s the right thing to do. The Earth is a marvelous place and if you believe the same, shouldn’t we preserve it for future generations? Let’s not only to preserve what we have, but make it better as well.
We hope to see exponential advances in the generation of renewable energy. We are excited to see what’s to come with developments in fuel cells, ethanol, wave and wind farms as well as solar & hydrogen technologies. As these technologies progress, they have the potential for creating high-paying jobs and stimulating our economy, while preserving the environment. It’s a win-win situation, and that’s what Discreet Systems is all about.
