David, the technician, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and provided a very reasonable price quote. The computer was ready the next morning and worked perfectly. The service was fast, reliable, courteous, reasonably priced and friendly. I could speak volumes about how bad my experiences were with other shops… how long I waited while they figured out what was wrong, or couldn’t figure out what was wrong, how much I was overcharged or the extensive length of time it took to perform my repairs. At Discreet, there was none of that! Just great, professional service.
